If your preference is to workout with a personal trainer in the comfort of your own home, Fit by Design can build that into your training program. In-home training is a great option for people who want a convenient, private and time-efficient exercise program.
If in-home training is the way you want to go, I recommend that you have an area set aside for exercise and that you invest in some basic fitness equipment (e.g. dumbbells, stability ball, bands, and a floor mat.) Fit by Design can provide some of these items during our sessions together, but you will need to have your own equipment on the days you are working out on your own.
